Classic Victoria Sponge Cake




This is a classic cake that is perfect for birthdays, special occasions or simply for afternoon tea. 2 layers of vanilla sponge cake sandwiched with your choice of strawberry, raspberry or blackberries jam. The cake is then frosted with vanilla buttercream frosting. A firm favorite with children and adults.
